Saturday, Sept 19, 2026
- 10:00 AM Panel set up – Fair Pavillion (Steve’s group set-up, Needs haulers)
Saturday, Sept 26, 2026
- 9:00 AM Ag. Public Speaking Preliminary Contest - Location TBA
Monday, Sept 28, 2026
- 6:00 PM Floral Design Contest – Titus Co Extension Office
Tuesday, Sept 29, 2026
- 8:00 AM - Ag Mech Move in begins (time slots for larger projects)
- 6:00 PM – All Ag Mech must be on the grounds and checked in
- 6:00 PM – Early Livestock Move-In
Wednesday, Sept 30, 2026
- Cattle, Sheep, Goat, Hog Move-In continues till 7:00 AM o All vehicles must be moved out of the parking lot by 7:30 AM
- 8:00 AM- 1:00 PM – Ag Ed Day – Elementary Schools
- 2:00 PM – Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Hogs: Move-In continues
- 4:00 PM – All Animals must be on the grounds and checked in (excluding chicken and rabbits)
- 4:00-5:00 - Weigh in goats, lambs, steers
- 6:00 PM – Scholarship recipients announced/ ribbon cutting for fair
- 7:00 PM – Bottle calf show, Pewee Showmanship (lamb & goat) following conclusion of bottle calf show
- Weigh in hogs after the pee wee shows
Thursday, Oct 1, 2026
- 7:00 AM – Rabbit check in and sift
- 8:00 AM – Rabbit show
- 9:00 AM – Ag Mech show – students exhibiting in breeding show will have an earlier show time for Ag Mech
- 11:00 AM – Commercial Does
- 1:00 PM – Breeding gilts
- 3:00 PM – Breeding Heifers
- 5:00 PM – Breeding Ewes
- 7:00 PM – Ag Mech Winners announced
Friday, Oct 2, 2026
- 7:00 AM – Chicken check in and sift
- 8:00 AM – Chicken Show
- 9:00 AM – Market Hog show (or immediately following the chicken show if running late)
- 1:00 PM – Market Goats
- 3:00 PM – Market Lambs
- 5:00 PM – Market Steers
- 7:00 PM – Livestock judging workout for Titus Co kids
- 9:00 PM – Check out all breeding and non-sale making animals
Saturday, Oct 3, 2026
- 9:30 AM – Public Speaking Finals in the ring (Top 3 in each age, starting with Jr.)
- 12:00 PM – Supreme Senior Showmanship – Show order hogs, cattle, sheep, goats, rabbits, chickens
- 4:30 PM – Sale Ring Setup
- 5:00 PM – Recognition of ALL banner winners, announce Supreme Showmanship results, Public Speaking, & Scholarship recipients
- 5:00 PM – Sale starts immediately following recognition of winners
Break down panels after load out. Every student is expected to help. All market exhibitors , who sell, are expected to load their animals.
