Livestock Exhibits Educational Tours

Please note that Livestock Exhibits Educational Tours and All Star Tours have been changed to Wednesday, September 24th.

 

Note for Teachers and Bus Drivers:

Unloading and Loading of all students will use the Livestock Entrance Gate on Washington Street.

 

Educational Tours - Elementary school students and preschoolers and are invited to participate in this special educational program on Wednesday, September 24th, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Livestock Pavilion behind the Titus County Civic Center.  The program will consist of short educational presentations by high school agriculture students, with a tour of the livestock pavilion.

All Star Day - Special needs persons are invited to participate in this educational program on Wednesday, September 24th, from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Livestock Pavilion behind the Titus County Civic Center. The program will consist of a short educational presentation by high school agriculture students, with a tour of the livestock pavilion and the Creative/Fine Arts exhibits in the Titus County Civic Center.

Each year the educational tours have been an outstanding success - from the standpoint of the students touring, the FFA Students (who guide and speak with the children) and the Adults - there is much we can learn through the eyes of a child.
